March 13, 2006 Board Meeting Summary

The minutes of the February 27, 2006 MSD Board meeting were approved as written.

Mr. Schardein reported on the recent rain events and noted how proud he is of all 600 employees at MSD.

Mr. Bingham reported on the Emergency Response Summary for December, 2005 detailing all incidents requiring response of the Industrial Waste Department during that period.

Mr. Staumbaugh updated the Board on the Jeffersontown Wastewater Treatment Plant situation.
