Mr. Schardein recognized the 2009 APWA Roadeo participants, Shawn Sisk, Bill Caswell, Robin Ferrell, Anthony Bradford, Mike Tindle, Butch OíBannon and Dennis Thomasson for their finishes in the annual competition.
