Current MSD Capacity Charge Effective September 1, 2004, and until
further notice, the unit capacity charge a single-family residential unit
shall be $3.54 per gallon per day.

Senior Citizen Discounts
MSD offers discounts on MSD rates to senior citizens. To qualify, an applicant must be 65 years of age or older with a household gross income of $35,000 or less per year and be on MSD sewers. Once the Senior Citizen Discount Application has been submitted, review and processing will be completed within approximately 60 days and the customer will receive a status letter.
