Project Description

 

This project will involve the installation of an access roadway and emergency generator with automatic start controls at the Terrier Lane Pump Station.

 

 

Need

 

Installation of an access roadway will accommodate the movement of maintenance personnel and equipment when necessary to complete major repairs to the Station. Installation of an emergency power generator with automatic start control equipment will ensure continual and reliable operation in case of a major power failure or short term loss of electrical service to the Station. Powering the Station with an emergency source of power will prevent flooding of residences in the area.
