Education Programs at MSD

The Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) adopted the CERES Principles in 1990. The 8th principle challenges MSD to inform the public about our operations and impact on the environment.

MSD's latest fulfillment of that commitment is its Ellen Swallow Richards Ecology Learning Center (ESRELC), located at its new Floyds Fork Wastewater Treatment Plant.

This program will continue to be developed. Please visit this site often!
