Length: 8.5-9 inches Song: Sweet to melodious, thin to squeaky
Wingspan: 11-12 inches Behavior: sings at night.flicks tail up, and jumps side to side
Weight:   Breeding: Solitary nesters
Habitat: Forest, bushes, grassland Population: Common
Migration: Most migrate Feeders: Cheese, bread, Raisins, corn flakes, milk, cream, peanuts
Appearance: Short dark bill, black tail, slate gray upper parts.
Interesting Facts: Its pattern in its song is never repeated. Some times it is interrupted by cat-like mews. It migrates at night, even though most are nonmigratory. The shape of it is like an open cup. You’ll usually find them near shrubs or conifers. They lay at least 2-6 dark blue eggs.
